Veteran Andriy Oliynyk, who lost his hands in the war, is learning to live with bionic prosthetics after numerous surgeries and a long rehabilitation. He joined the army in June 2022 and fought on the Bakhmut front. During a combat mission, an explosion injured his limbs, face, and eye.

Oliynyk shared his experiences with rehabilitation, life with bionic prosthetics, and regaining independence in an interview with Suspilne.
