Kostiantyn Titov, a volunteer scout, was confirmed killed on February 10, 2025, in the village of Topoli. Titov, serving in the 3rd Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade, was part of a group that came under heavy fire from superior enemy forces, after which contact was lost. DNA testing recently confirmed his death after Russia returned the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers.

Titov was born and raised in Kropyvnytskyi and had previously served in the 61st Separate Mechanized Steppe Brigade, fighting in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Donetsk regions.
