Ashton Hamed Ellaboudy, 51, from Richland, Washington, has been arrested and charged with attempting to support the Houthis, a designated foreign terrorist organisation. A U.S. government employee, Ellaboudy allegedly used his expertise overseas to aid the Iran-backed group.
