The U.S. military is reportedly patching the artificial intelligence system that selected targets in a strike that killed over 120 children in Iran on February 28. The strike reportedly hit a school in Minab, which was once part of a military site.

The incident occurred during a single operation that reportedly targeted 1,000 sites. Centcom has since reportedly tightened its procedures.
