Former Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhnyi visited a Thales UK defense plant near Belfast, the company announced. The diplomat met with Thales UK specialists at the facility, which produces Starstreak and LMM/Martlet missile systems.

The Starstreak and LMM/Martlet systems have been actively used by Ukraine to shoot down Russian Ka-52 helicopters and are currently employed by the Ukrainian defense forces as short-range air defense against Shahed drones and other targets, according to the report.
