A volunteer, Yuriy Lobachov, stated that information about an evacuation from Oleshek was unconfirmed, with people returning and casualties reported. Approximately one hundred people reportedly traveled from Oleshek to Radensk for food, but a group detonated a mine near a gas station, killing one woman and wounding five others.

The volunteer also claimed that Russian forces are not allowing humanitarian aid to Oleshek. During a previous attempt to deliver aid a week ago, vehicles were destroyed by drones.
