According to WP, Russia is recruiting Ukrainian children through Telegram for arson and sabotage. In Ukraine, over 300 minors have already been detained for such cases, with at least 13 currently serving sentences.

Recruiters target children needing money, offering payment for dangerous tasks. A 16-year-old reportedly received $165 for setting fire to railway equipment and was later offered $1430 for carrying explosives.
