Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed responsibility for overnight strikes that hit two oil refineries in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk, as well as the "Iskra" defense plant in Ulyanovsk. He stated that two Russian radar stations were also destroyed in the Rostov region.

Russian and Ukrainian Telegram channels, along with local authorities, had previously reported attacks on the oil refineries in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk, and the plant in Ulyanovsk.
