Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is willing to share its experience in defending itself against Russia, which he described as a threat to all of Europe. Speaking at the Helsinki Security Forum, Zelensky highlighted Ukraine's ongoing hybrid warfare, including strikes on data centers, mobile communications, logistics, and railways, as well as maritime blockades.

Zelensky emphasized the need for continuous dialogue at various levels to strengthen collective security, noting that while he does not wish such experiences on anyone, Ukraine possesses unique insights due to the ongoing war.
