Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that holding elections in Ukraine is impossible due to ongoing Russian attacks. He noted that Russia's new strategy involves hourly attacks, making elections unfeasible. Zelenskyy also highlighted that over a million voters are currently on the front lines.

Zelenskyy expressed readiness to work with the Rada (parliament) and seek difficult solutions if a 60-day ceasefire is achieved. He previously faced similar challenges during nights with thousands of attacks, but now Russia's attacks are continuous.
